Nobody likes a change-agent, especially the company bureaucrats who consider their fortified silos to be "Towers of Excellence" instead of obstacles to survival. A good read on this subject is "How The Mighty Fall" by Jim Collins, author of the business staple "Good To Great."

I agree! But, I think company culture often has to be "defined" in order for it to be self-sustaining. Executive leadership which takes the time to legitimately guide their workers to innovation and excellence through recognition and fair play will be able to incorporate those values into the future.

Regardless of product innovations, I think it is impossible to have a truly outstanding organization without a corporate culture that supports the goals and vision of the company. Would Apple be Apple without the corporate culture that it has? Could they keep creating such great products, attract outstanding employees, or define new product categories without such an amazing culture centered on innovative excellence?

Hearty Compliments, for the Four Corner Concept.

Quite a down-to-earth & unique management philosophy, as I could imagine from the introductory reading on Four Corner Strategy.

It will be too good to interact with some of your client-corporates, who have been immensely benefitted with such value added realities actualised.

Best of Lucks,

Ashok
